What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If any area from your service checklist does not meet your standard, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the specific area at zero cost to you.

Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?

No. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with cleaning solutions, microfiber towels and vacuums. If you prefer us to use specific products of your own, just leave them on the counter with a note.

What payment methods do you accept, and when do I pay?

All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We don't take cash. We keep a card on file to hold your booking: a hold is placed 24 hours before your cleaning, and you're charged when the job is completed.

Do I need to be at home for the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home as long as you provide lockbox, key code, or front desk entry instructions in your booking form notes. We will notify you when we arrive and when we complete the clean.

How do I prepare for my cleaning?

Clear counters and floors where you can so every surface is reachable, secure pets, and make sure we have your access details. You don't need a perfect home; we handle the rest.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes. Every cleaner passes a background check, and Vivid Space Solutions, LLC carries commercial general liability insurance: $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we're pet-friendly. We ask that aggressive pets are safely secured during the cleaning, and please secure pets that might escape or get nervous around vacuums. Our team members do not clean pet waste or biohazards.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Cancellations or schedule adjustments must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival window to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee. You can reschedule your appointment online or by phone up to 24 hours prior to your booking with no penalty. If you turn our crew away or cancel at the door, a $75 no-show fee applies. If our crew arrives and cannot gain entry within 15 minutes of trying to contact you, we must charge a $50 lockout fee to cover fuel and crew deployment costs.

How much does house cleaning cost in Charlotte?

It depends on your home's size, the type of clean and any extras you add. Weekly, every-2-weeks and monthly visits cost less per visit. Our booking form shows your exact price before you book.

How often should I have my house cleaned?

Many households choose every 2 weeks. Busy homes with kids or pets often pick weekly, and smaller homes often pick monthly. You can also book a single clean.

How many cleaners can I expect?

Usually one cleaner. Larger homes and deep cleans may get a team. For recurring cleans we keep the same cleaner whenever we can; if they're unavailable, we send a qualified replacement who follows your checklist and notes, and we let you know ahead.
