For recurring cleans we keep the same cleaner whenever we can. If they're unavailable, we send another cleaner who follows your checklist and notes, and we let you know ahead.
What products do you use?
Eco-friendly cleaning products. If you prefer a product of your own, leave it out with a note and we'll use it.
Do I need to be home?
No. Add your entry instructions to your booking notes. We let you know when we arrive and when we finish.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your arrival window at no charge. Later than that, a $50 late cancellation fee applies.
