01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our site, booking, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

02 Services and Quotes

Quotes are based on details you provide. If the on‑site condition materially differs, we may re‑quote or adjust scope and price with your approval.

We provide Standard, Deep, Move‑In/Out, STR turnover, and post‑construction cleaning. Exclusions: exterior windows, work beyond a step‑stool, hazardous/biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, paint/adhesive removal, and heavy lifting.

03 Scheduling, Arrival, and Access

• Two‑hour arrival window unless stated otherwise.
• You must ensure safe access, parking, running water, and power.
• Lockout/no‑access fee may apply if our cleaning professionals cannot enter at the scheduled time.

04 Pricing and Payment

• Flat‑rate pricing plus add‑ons and taxes/fees where applicable.
• No deposit is charged at booking. A pre‑authorization hold is placed on your card about 24 hours before service, and you are charged when the job is completed.
• Balance is charged after completion. You authorize us and our processor to charge the card on file.

05 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to service to avoid a late cancellation fee. Same‑day cancellations, late schedule changes, or lockouts may incur a fee to cover crew dispatch.

06 Satisfaction Guarantee and Claims

Report service issues within 24 hours of completion. We will return for a targeted re‑clean of any missed areas. Report damage within 24 hours with photos.
