Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your arrival window and there is no charge. Later than that, a $50 late cancellation fee applies; turning the crew away at the door is a $75 no-show fee, and if we can't get in within 15 minutes of trying to reach you, a $50 lockout fee applies.
