How our Ballantyne maid service works

Choose a standard clean and a schedule: weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. Each visit follows the same written checklist (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors), and recurring visits cost less per visit than a one-time clean.

For larger homes, the price is set by your square footage and bathrooms rather than by the hour, so you know the total before you book. Larger homes and deep cleans may get a team of cleaners instead of one.

Start with a deep clean

If you're new to us, a deep clean is the usual first visit. It covers baseboards, doors and trim, vents and the buildup in kitchens and bathrooms, so your recurring visits start from a clean baseline.

Moving a visit and paying

Need to move a visit? Reschedule online or by phone with no charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window.

We keep a card on file; a temporary hold is placed 24 hours before each clean, and the charge goes through when it's done.
