House Cleaning in University City, Charlotte

Vivid Space Solutions offers house cleaning in University City, in northeast Charlotte: standard and recurring cleaning, deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning for apartments, townhomes and houses. The University City ZIP codes, 28262 and 28213, are in our service area with no travel fee.

University City grew up around UNC Charlotte, along I-85 and the north end of the LYNX Blue Line. Harrisburg and Concord, a short drive east, are in our service area too.

Apartment and townhome cleaning

When you book, choose your home type (apartment or condo, townhouse, or house), then your square footage and bathrooms. The booking form prices the clean from those details, so a one-bedroom apartment isn't priced like a house.

You don't need to be home. Add your entry instructions to your booking notes (a lockbox, key code or front desk) and we'll let you know when we arrive and when we're done.

Move-out cleaning at the end of a lease

Moving out of a University City apartment? Book a move-out clean once your things are out. It covers inside cabinets and drawers, appliances, bathrooms, baseboards and floors in every room, the areas that get checked at a move-out inspection.

Keeping it clean through the year

A standard clean every 2 weeks or every month keeps kitchens and bathrooms in check at a lower price per visit than a one-time clean. Need to move a visit? Reschedule with no charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window.
